I've been an avid fisherman for many years but not until the spring of 2005 did I discover carp fishing. Since then I've had numerous carp over 20lbs with a personal best of 32 pounds 04 ounces. My greatest fishing achievement was the capture of a 65 pound 2 ounce Smallmouth Buffalo early in 2006.
I participated in the 2006 ATC, TCC, won the national total weight award for the 2006 CAGI and took second place for the top four fish category. I participate in the Lonestar Tournament Trail of which I am also a member of the board of directors. The tournament trail consists of a series of local carp tournaments in the North Texas area. I will be participating in the Tournament of Champions at Lake Hominy in October as well as others. Good luck to all! |
