Bio:	Been fishing since I was a teen but didn’t really start carp fishing until the summer of 2004 when I was introduced to a local carp club here in SoCal.  Caught my first carp and although it was about 5lbs, I was shocked at the fight it put up!  I’ve been hooked ever since and only target carp when fishing freshwater.  I have learned a lot from fellow members of the SoCalCarpClub, fishing for carp on light line and using various types of dough baits.  I am currently learning the Euro style method of carp fishing and let me tell you, they have some cool toys!  Looking forward to the final three quarters of the ACL and wish everyone great hauling!  Catch, photograph and release – the only way to go!
