Bio:	Louis Cook grew up in the Philadelphia area and spent his young life chasing fish as well as animals through the woods of Eastern Pennsylvania. In the last few years he has turned all of his attention to fishing for big carp all over the country. Louis runs a website about multi species angling in the Philadelphia area and responsible treatment of local waters, www.fishguys.org. He is also a State Chairman of the Carp Anglers Group for Pennsylvania.
