| I am originally from Leeds in England. I started carp fishing in 1978 and have been lucky enough to have fished all over the UK & Europe since that time. I moved to the USA at the beginning of 2002 with my wife and reside in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina with our two children.
I am a field tester and product designer for Resistance Tackle and helped develop and test K-1 Boilies.
I saw the ACL as an opportunity to see how my catch rates faired against other anglers from other states. I also saw the ACL as a good alternative to competition angling which I am not a fan of. However, with so many great events in the USA it is sometimes difficult to not get involved in them.
